Job Responsibilities:

✦   Manage day-to-day project deliverables, timelines, and quality control.

✦   Lead a team of Associates, providing guidance, reviewing work, and ensuring quality output.

✦   Drive campaign execution and reporting using SFMC across Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and related modules.

✦   Perform hands-on execution and troubleshooting in SFMC including campaign setup, QA, deployment, and tracking.

✦   Generate performance reports and insights to guide decision-making and strategic improvements.

✦   Interact regularly with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and present deliverables.

✦   Prepare and deliver client-ready presentations with strategic recommendations and insights.

Job Requirements:

✦   3 to 4 years of total work experience with hands-on SFMC experience.

✦   Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an MBA.

✦   Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries for segmentation, data manipulation, and audience targeting.

✦   Experience in AMPscript and SSJS (Server-Side JavaScript) for personalized email content and automation logic.

✦   Experience with Cloud Pages for landing page creation and web form handling.

✦   Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs for data integrations is a plus.

✦   Strong communication and presentation skills and ability to engage with global stakeholders.

✦   Experience in managing teams or mentoring junior resources.

✦   Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.

✦   Experience in reporting, campaign performance analysis, and data interpretation.

✦   SFMC certifications (Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Consultant) are a strong plus.

✦   Prior consulting or pharma experience is highly preferred.
