Job Responsibilities:

✦   Conduct workshops with business and technical teams to identify data quality issues (duplicates, invalid records, stale data) in Salesforce CRM/UCRM.

✦   Document functional and non-functional requirements for cleanup and maintenance workflows.

✦   Independently create Salesforce supported UI mockups and write efficient Jira with acceptance criteria and testing scope.

✦   Efficiently collaborate across multiple teams in writing detailed BRD.

✦   Good with stakeholder communications and business negotiation skills.

✦   Collaborate with data engineers to design ETL workflows (SSIS) and scheduling (Autosys) for cleanup tasks.

Job Requirements:

✦   10+ years as a Business Analyst in data management or CRM projects.

✦   Strong knowledge of Salesforce Cloud data models and integration points.

✦   Familiarity with SQL Server, SSIS, and Autosys for data workflows.

✦   Experience in data governance, MNPI compliance, and audit processes.

✦   Proficiency in Agile delivery and JIRA/Confluence.

✦   Must have Salesforce financial cloud understanding, exposure with low code and no code development.

✦   Must have experience of requirement gathering of data cleanup and maintenance projects.
