Job Responsibilities:

✦   Designs and develops architecture delivery (integration, process, applications, data and technology) with alignment to the enterprise architecture vision, strategy and roadmap.

✦   Collaborate and align with platform architects and product owners to translate business requirements into solutions on Salesforce.

✦   Develop and maintain Salesforce technical roadmaps and strategies.

✦   Develop and enforce Salesforce governance and security policies.

✦   Conduct Salesforce performance optimization and tuning.

Job Requirements:

✦   10+ years of experience with Salesforce with 5+ years as a Salesforce Architect.

✦   End to End implementation experience with Salesforce platform.

✦   Strong experience in hands-on development using out-of-box features and custom development with Apex, Visualforce and other force.com programming languages including Lightning Web Components (HTML, CSS, Javascript).

✦   Integration experience using Web based technologies (Soap, Rest) and Middleware tools such as Mulesoft.

✦   Experience with Release Management, Source Control, and Deployment concepts and technologies such as ANT, SFDC Metadata API, Jenkins.

✦   Hands on experience on Agile framework like SAFe and DevOps.

✦   Strong experience in Sales and Service cloud including chat.

✦   Experience with other Salesforce products like Financial Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud would be beneficial.

✦   Salesforce Admin, Developer and Architect Certifications.

✦   Minimum required experience: 9 years.

✦   English proficiency: Fluent.

✦   Required education: Bachelor.
