Job Responsibilities:

✦   Elicit requirements from clients/BA to determine CRM needs.

✦   Develop quality solutions on the Salesforce platform.

✦   Design, code, and implement applications on the Salesforce platform.

✦   Adhere to timelines and development goals using project-specific methodologies.

✦   Unit test the stability and functionality of applications.

✦   Troubleshoot and fix bugs raised by QA/client teams across SDLC phases.

✦   Document and provide technical training/knowledge transfer for Salesforce staff.

✦   Ensure non-functional requirements like security and integrity of Salesforce applications are met.

Job Requirements:

✦   3 to 8 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce applications.

✦   Good understanding of configuration tools, Apex, and LWC.

✦   At least one end-to-end Salesforce project development experience.

✦   Salesforce Platform Developer and App Builder certifications are desired.

✦   Good written and oral communication skills.

✦   Preferred skills include Salesforce LWC and Apex.

✦   Education qualification: BE/B.Tech/MBA/MCA.
