Job Responsibilities:
✦ Develop, test, document, and deploy high quality business solutions on the SFDC platform based on industry best practices and business needs.
✦ Manage the process of implementing improvements and new functionality in SFDC application.
✦ Use JavaScript design patterns and combine JavaScript with CSS, HTML, and other markup languages.
✦ Develop custom applications and perform unit testing using Salesforce.com Apex, Visualforce pages, LWC, and batch programs.
✦ Deliver support and solutions for break/fix issues.
✦ Communicate and collaborate with technical resources and stakeholders regarding status and solutions.
✦ Perform data migration using Salesforce Data Loader.
✦ Perform Salesforce administration including creating accounts, profiles, fields, layouts, reports, and dashboards.
✦ Support Salesforce configuration tasks such as field/page updates, flows, and approvals.
✦ Handle multiple projects using project management methodologies to ensure quality delivery.
✦ Maintain security for Salesforce data.
✦ Interface with business analysts and technical staff and deliver complete work products.
✦ Research integration issues and work with team members.
✦ Research and develop new Salesforce prototypes and applications.
✦ Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of applications.
✦ Participate in team meetings and document best practices and procedures.
✦ Facilitate continuous improvement within the environment.
Job Requirements:
✦ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
✦ Minimum 8+ years of software development experience.
✦ Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I or II, App Builder, Administrator, AI Associate/Specialist.
✦ Solid experience in Salesforce Lightning development.
✦ Hands-on experience with Salesforce web services, WSDL, SOQL, SOSL, Apex.
✦ Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Ajax, and jQuery.
✦ Ability to work with Salesforce Community Cloud, LWR framework, or other collaboration tools.
✦ Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD processes.
✦ 3+ years’ experience in SFDC Service Cloud and/or SFDC Customer Community.
✦ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
✦ Experience documenting technical design.
✦ Strong problem-solving abilities.
✦ Ability to work independently.
