Job Responsibilities:

✦   Take full technical ownership of the Salesforce platform.

✦   Lead and manage Knowledge Transfer (KT) from the existing vendor.

✦   Proactively schedule and conduct KT sessions with stakeholders and the third-party vendor.

✦   Analyze the current implementation, assess technical complexity, and provide accurate development estimates.

✦   Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce solutions aligned with business needs.

✦   Review and analyze new requirements and propose scalable technical solutions.

✦   Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to business stakeholders.

✦   Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily stand-ups.

✦   Ensure quality through strong unit testing and adherence to best practices.

✦   Manage deployments and integrations effectively.

Job Requirements:

✦   10+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

✦   Strong experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Salesforce Flows, and declarative automation.

✦   Strong understanding of REST/SOAP API integrations and Salesforce database development.

✦   Hands-on experience in deployment processes (CI/CD exposure preferred).

✦   Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems and APIs.

✦   Experience with MuleSoft integrations is a plus.

✦   Strong knowledge of object modeling and data architecture.

✦   Experience with declarative tools such as Flows and Process Builder.

✦   Strong unit testing skills (Apex test classes) and code review practices.

✦   Understanding of Salesforce best practices and governor limits.

✦   Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

✦   Experience handling vendor transition or platform takeover is a plus.

✦   Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

✦   Ability to work independently and take ownership as a sole Salesforce developer.
