Job Responsibilities:

✦   Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning.

✦   Create Lightning components using Aura framework.

✦   Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, approvals, reports, and dashboards.

✦   Perform Salesforce administration and security setup activities.

✦   Integrate Salesforce with external systems and APIs.

✦   Handle deployments and resolve migration/deployment issues.

✦   Collaborate with business stakeholders and onsite teams for requirement gathering and KT.

✦   Follow Salesforce coding standards and best practices.

✦   Provide production support and issue resolution.

Job Requirements:

✦   8+ years of overall IT experience.

✦   6+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce.com development, administration, configuration, and implementation.

✦   Strong hands-on experience in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Aura Framework, JavaScript, SOQL, and Triggers.

✦   Experience in at least 3 Salesforce Lightning implementation projects.

✦   Experience working on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.

✦   Strong experience in Salesforce administration, configuration and customization, reports & dashboards, workflow rules, validation rules, approval processes, record types, page layouts, security setup, and user/role/profile management.

✦   Experience migrating reports and dashboards between Salesforce instances.

✦   Experience integrating Salesforce with SOAP/REST APIs, WSDL, SSL standards, Metadata API, and Bulk API.

✦   Experience with deployment tools such as Change Sets, Eclipse IDE, and ANT Migration Tool.

✦   Strong troubleshooting and deployment support skills.

✦   Good understanding of SQL/PL-SQL, database schemas, and stored procedures.

✦   Experience in unit testing, test class creation, and scenario testing.

✦   Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification and Salesforce App Builder Certification.

✦   Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

✦   Ability to work with onsite US-based teams.

✦   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
