Job Responsibilities:
✦ Lead the technical direction of enterprise Salesforce and Customer 360 initiatives.
✦ Design and deliver scalable, high-performing software solutions for customer engagement and service operations.
✦ Partner with business leaders, architects, and cross-functional teams to solve complex business challenges.
✦ Build and enhance AI-powered capabilities to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
✦ Mentor and coach software engineers and establish development best practices.
✦ Drive architectural decisions, code quality, automation, and performance improvements.
✦ Collaborate on customer data platforms, APIs, cloud integrations, and enterprise applications.
✦ Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions that create business value.
✦ Guide application deployments and help reduce technical debt across enterprise platforms.
Job Requirements:
✦ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
✦ Expert-level software engineering experience with technical leadership responsibilities.
✦ Strong Salesforce development and architecture experience required.
✦ Experience with Salesforce AI technologies such as Einstein, Prompt Builder, AI Cloud, or Data Cloud.
✦ Experience designing AI-enabled enterprise applications and customer-facing solutions.
✦ Knowledge of Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and unified customer profile systems.
✦ Experience integrating Salesforce with APIs, middleware, and enterprise platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Kafka).
✦ Cloud experience with AWS services supporting AI is highly preferred.
✦ Strong communication skills to influence technical teams and executive leadership.
✦ Passion for mentoring engineers and driving technical excellence.
