Job Responsibilities:

✦   Lead the design, development, and delivery of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and Billing.

✦   Own and evolve Salesforce CPQ and Billing implementation including product catalog, pricing rules, quote templates, invoicing, and revenue recognition flows.

✦   Architect scalable and maintainable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flow.

✦   Drive integrations between Salesforce and external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, and middleware.

✦   Partner with Revenue Operations, Sales, Finance, and Product teams to translate business requirements into technical designs.

✦   Apply AI-assisted development tools to improve delivery speed and quality.

✦   Establish and enforce Salesforce development best practices, code review standards, and release management processes.

✦   Mentor and guide junior and mid-level Salesforce engineers.

✦   Evaluate Salesforce platform features and recommend adoption.

✦   Manage and improve CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments.

Job Requirements:

✦   7+ years of Salesforce development experience.

✦   Deep expertise in Salesforce CPQ and Billing including configuration, pricing, amendments, renewals, and invoicing.

✦   Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce Flow.

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits.

✦   Experience integrating Salesforce using REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, and middleware tools like MuleSoft.

✦   Familiarity with AI coding assistants and productivity tools.

✦   Experience with Salesforce DX, Git-based source control, and CI/CD tools such as Copado or Gearset.

✦   Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

✦   Salesforce certifications required: CPQ Specialist, Administrator, Platform Developer I.
