Job Responsibilities:

✦   Spends majority of their time working on Salesforce related solution, design development tasks, requiring a high degree of technical expertise.

✦   Work on Salesforce platform features such as Security, Sharing, Visibility, Data Model, Flows.

✦   Develop using Apex including Triggers, Platform Event handlers, batch processes, async processes, frameworks and patterns.

✦   Implement Salesforce CPQ configuration and understand Quote-to-Cash domain.

✦   Work with web services including REST, SOAP, authentication, authorization, and patterns.

✦   Develop using Visualforce pages, Aura, and Lightning Web Components.

✦   Mentor, guide, and support team members.

✦   Follow design, architecture, and development best practices.

✦   Perform code reviews and participate in deployment processes.

✦   Use GitHub tooling and follow PR processes and review etiquette.

✦   Ensure delivery of high-quality code.

✦   Identify affected components and merge code with the codebase.

✦   Identify and resolve merge conflicts.

✦   Develop adequate tests to validate code.

✦   Assist in developing project estimates and plans.

✦   Provide accurate sizing of stories based on SCRUM process.

✦   Ensure on-time delivery and timely escalation of blockers.

✦   Troubleshoot issues using Developer Console, Workbench, and other tools.

✦   Analyze Salesforce Debug Logs for errors and performance issues.

✦   Stay updated with Salesforce technologies and best practices.

✦   Proactively highlight issues and blockers to ensure timely delivery.

Job Requirements:

✦   10+ years Salesforce solution, design and development experience (Apex, Lightning, VF) in an enterprise environment.

✦   Advanced experience with sharing, security, visibility, data models, Flows and other Salesforce platform features.

✦   Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.

✦   Experience with Salesforce CPQ configuration and implementation.

✦   Experience in Salesforce CPQ products, features, options, and configuration attributes.

✦   Experience with Salesforce CPQ product rules, pricing rules, and lookup queries.

✦   Experience with Salesforce discounting, contracts, quote templates, and renewals.

✦   Experience in the Quote to Cash domain (CPQ or Billing tools such as Zuora, Salesforce Billing, Conga Billing).

✦   Experience leading a team of developers for delivery.

✦   Advanced understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies.

✦   Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

✦   Ability to work independently and support team members.

✦   Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications.

✦   Salesforce CPQ certification is a plus.

✦   Experience in stakeholder management and communication.

✦   Ability to adapt and learn quickly.

✦   Engineering or equivalent educational background.

✦   Experience using ServiceNow or similar tools.

✦   Experience using Jira or similar tools.

✦   Experience using version control tools like GitHub.

✦   Experience using Salesforce CI/CD tools such as Copado.
