Job Responsibilities:

✦   Lead and contribute to multiple Salesforce projects including digital transformation initiatives, owning specific modules or workstreams.

✦   Design and develop scalable, high-quality, and customized Salesforce solutions following best practices and architectural standards.

✦   Work across multiple Salesforce Clouds such as Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, or Data Cloud.

✦   Utilize advanced Salesforce features including automation, security, and performance optimization.

✦   Participate in the full development lifecycle including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.

✦   Design and implement integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and Salesforce platform tools.

✦   Identify opportunities for application optimization, enhancements, and innovation to improve performance and user experience.

✦   Stay updated with Salesforce releases and new features and recommend continuous improvements.

✦   Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members when required.

✦   Collaborate with cross-functional and multi-vendor teams and manage stakeholder expectations.

Job Requirements:

✦   9–14 years of Salesforce development experience.

✦   Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration, customization, and development.

✦   Experience working across multiple Salesforce Clouds.

✦   Expertise in REST and SOAP APIs and system integrations.

✦   Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, automation, security, and performance optimization.

✦   Experience in full SDLC including analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.

✦   Ability to work in multi-vendor and cross-functional environments.

✦   Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

✦   Experience in mentoring or guiding team members preferred.
