Job Responsibilities:

✦   Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions across enterprise customers.

✦   Hands-on expertise in Marketing Cloud Personalization (Interaction Studio) is mandatory.

✦   Develop and optimize customer journeys using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and Contact Builder.

✦   Design and deliver personalized customer experiences across Email, Web, Mobile, and Digital channels.

✦   Build and maintain marketing automation workflows, audience segmentation, triggered campaigns, and customer engagement programs.

✦   Develop solutions using AMPscript, SQL, SSJS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud APIs.

✦   Collaborate directly with business stakeholders, marketing teams, and customers to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

✦   Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM, Data Cloud, CDPs, and third-party enterprise applications.

✦   Monitor campaign performance, personalization effectiveness, and customer engagement metrics while driving continuous optimization.

✦   Provide technical leadership, best practices, troubleshooting support, and solution recommendations across Marketing Cloud initiatives.

Job Requirements:

✦   8 – 12 years of overall IT experience with strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

✦   Extensive hands-on experience in Marketing Cloud Personalization (Interaction Studio).

✦   Strong knowledge of Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, Email Studio, and Audience Segmentation.

✦   Experience in AMPscript, SQL, SSJS, API Integrations, and Marketing Automation.

✦   Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and customer-facing skills.

✦   Self-driven professional with strong ownership, problem-solving ability, and delivery-focused mindset.

✦   Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods will be highly preferred.
