Job Responsibilities:

✦   Conduct discovery sessions with the client business team and document the business requirements. Assist in hands-on solution design, solution architecture, proofs-of-concept, process flows, configuration, and deployment. Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders including project management, executives, sales, pricing, order, and finance teams. Provide strategic direction for Salesforce and Conga systems and implement best practices for configuration, testing, maintenance, security, and data integrity. Administer the Salesforce environment including customization, security model, applications, object management, Lightning App Builder, workflow rules, Process Builders, Lightning Flows, validation rules, and reporting. Coordinate testing and manage deployment of software updates. Identify opportunities to improve business operations. Assist with Conga solution design and project planning. Support deployment planning and use of automated deployment tools like Copado. Recommend development and configuration strategies. Define integrations using APIs. Migrate data using tools such as data loader, workbench, and dataloader.io. Lead and coordinate QA, UAT, and Go-Live activities.

Job Requirements:

✦   At least 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst. Minimum of 2+ years of Salesforce CPQ experience. Knowledge of integrations with ERP is a plus. Functional and business process knowledge of Lead to Cash cycle. Strong ability to work independently with limited supervision. Experience in Lightning preferred. Ability to continuously learn and develop new skills. Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, troubleshooting, and analytical skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong listening, organizational, and time management skills. Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in high-pressure situations.
