Job Responsibilities:
✦ Administer and support Salesforce environment including daily triage, user permissions, data updates, and troubleshooting across Sales and Service Cloud.
✦ Build and maintain platform solutions including flows, validation rules, and complex reports.
✦ Partner with internal teams to shape Salesforce product roadmap and prioritize backlog.
✦ Analyze root cause of incidents and design scalable solutions.
✦ Drive user adoption across the organization.
✦ Uphold data security, audit compliance, and platform governance standards.
Job Requirements:
✦ 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
✦ Salesforce Administrator Certification required.
✦ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
✦ Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
✦ Experience working in sandbox environments and structured release processes.
✦ Ability to manage competing priorities and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
✦ Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
