Job Responsibilities:
✦ Manage incoming ticket requests from internal users.
✦ Provide real-time support for issues relating to Salesforce and other integrated systems.
✦ Assist with break/fix requests.
✦ Assist in system testing to ensure enhancements work properly.
✦ Handle ad hoc report and dashboard requests.
✦ Contribute to adoption by improving the user experience through standardization, documentation, training, and ongoing usability improvement initiatives.
✦ Collaborate with internal teams to understand their needs and develop Salesforce solutions.
✦ Use tools such as DataLoader, Workbench, and Excel for data scrubbing, manipulation, and inserting new records.
✦ Maintain and customize objects, record types, page layouts, fields, flows, approval processes, profiles, roles, security settings, sharing, validation rules, and alerts.
✦ Leverage declarative tools to enhance system configurations while adhering to best practices.
Job Requirements:
✦ 2+ years of Salesforce experience and Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator certification, required.
✦ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
✦ Understands the Salesforce database structure and best practices.
✦ Takes initiative and delivers results with minimal supervision.
✦ Strong business acumen, technical aptitude, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
✦ Excellent communication skills with customers and colleagues via web conferences, email, and in-person.
✦ Preferred qualifications include experience with Salesforce ecosystem tools such as CPQ, Lightning, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Pardot.
✦ Experience with workflow and automation platforms like Zapier, Formstack, and Jotform.
✦ Familiarity with document and e-signature tools such as Dropbox Sign, PandaDocs, Box, DocuSign, and Adobe Sign.
✦ Experience with technical Salesforce utilities such as Workbench, DataLoader, APEX, or similar tools.
✦ Positive attitude and growth mindset.
