Job Responsibilities:
✦ Troubleshoot Salesforce issues using a ticketing system, including resolving problems with functionality, permissions, data, integrations, and performance.
✦ Design, implement, test, troubleshoot, debug, and document solutions across the Salesforce platform including Force.com, CPQ, and managed packages.
✦ Collaborate with Sales Operations, Order Management, Marketing, Finance, and other teams on Salesforce-related projects.
✦ Participate in agile development processes, including stand-ups, sprint planning, QA, UAT, and go-live.
✦ Prepare and execute mass data uploads.
✦ Ensure creation and updating of technical documentation.
✦ Stay up to date on new Salesforce features and functionality.
Job Requirements:
✦ Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a relevant field.
✦ At least 3 years Salesforce administration experience.
✦ Strong understanding of Salesforce features and functionality.
✦ Knowledge of SOQL and Agile principles.
✦ Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
✦ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✦ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
✦ Excellent attention to detail.
✦ Certified Salesforce Administrator preferred.
✦ CPQ experience preferred.
✦ Knowledge of Apex triggers and classes, Visualforce, JavaScript, and Lightning components preferred.
