SalesForce Administrator
Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

✦   Work directly with Equifax clients to deliver Business Connect solutions.

✦   Design and implement automated business processes and credit decisioning engines using Salesforce and the Equifax Business Connect platform for clients.

✦   Lead the technical setup of complex Salesforce components, including custom objects, decision management, data models, and advanced Flow-based automation.

✦   Consult with external clients to understand their business problems, propose Equifax products and services, document requirements, and design technology solutions.

✦   Maintain an understanding of the Equifax Business Connect platform and technical components, including data model, integration between components, and impacts of process and technical designs with upstream and downstream processes.

✦   Perform comprehensive testing prior to engaging client end users for testing.

✦   Provide tier 2/3 support and support bug and defect resolution.

✦   Stay current on Business Connect and Salesforce functionality, best practices, releases, product roadmaps, and third-party applications available via the AppExchange.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Business Management, Computer Science, MIS, or Industrial Engineering.

✦   7+ years of experience in Salesforce.com administration with a valid Salesforce Platform Administrator certification.

✦   Expert experience in Salesforce platform configuration, including flows, fields, objects, page layouts, list views, formulas, process builders, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes.

✦   Experience in user administration including users, profiles, roles, sharing rules, security rules, permission sets, hierarchies, and territories.

✦   Experience with dashboards, reports, alerts, notifications, and email templates.

✦   Experience in managed packages including installation, configuration, log extraction, analysis, and troubleshooting.

✦   Experience implementing and enhancing the Salesforce product suite.

✦   Experience troubleshooting or designing REST and SOAP API integrations and understanding JSON and XML data structures.

✦   Experience with data management, including data models, data extraction, data loaders, data cleansing, and duplication management.

✦   Experience tracking deliverables using Jira.

✦   Experience analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical designs.

✦   Experience using business management software to author and manage rules and decision flows.

✦   Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

✦   Working knowledge of SOQL, Apex, asynchronous and synchronous processes.

✦   Experience with Salesforce CPQ or Financial Services Cloud is a plus.
