Salesforce Administrator
Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

✦   Monitor the Salesforce Support queue continuously throughout the day, responding to requests in a timely manner and resolving issues or escalating as needed.

✦   Prepare monthly Salesforce PowerPoint reviews of completed and outstanding requests.

✦   Create, update, and offboard Salesforce users, ensuring appropriate access control.

✦   Perform quarterly audits of Salesforce users and update records accordingly.

✦   Provide training to new Salesforce users, including creating training tools and guides.

✦   Support data hygiene efforts, including resolving duplicate data issues and maintaining data accuracy.

✦   Create declarative solutions such as Quick Actions, Email Alerts, and Flows with proper documentation.

✦   Manage user profiles, permission sets, permission set groups, and licenses.

✦   Monitor Salesforce org health using Health Check and Optimizer reports and suggest improvements.

✦   Stay updated on Salesforce enhancements and proactively address upcoming changes.

✦   Ensure security and compliance of Salesforce solutions.

✦   Run weekly project status meetings and maintain task tracking.

✦   Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk management activities.

✦   Support additional Salesforce team initiatives.

Job Requirements:

✦   Salesforce Administrator certification.

✦   Experience with enterprise integration tools and ETL tools.

✦   2 years of Salesforce Administration experience.

✦   Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management, Finance or equivalent preferred.

✦   Experience in Salesforce declarative tools, including Salesforce Flows.

✦   Basic understanding of project management principles.

✦   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

✦   Strong communication and collaboration skills.

✦   Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

✦   Ability to prioritize and work under tight deadlines.

✦   Highly motivated, self-learner, and adaptable.

✦   Strong organizational and time management skills.

✦   Ability to work effectively in teams.

✦   Maintains a positive attitude and professionalism.
