Job Responsibilities:
✦ Own day-to-day Salesforce pipeline and sales tracking ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency of records.
✦ Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards for senior management, division leaders, and marketing teams.
✦ Create weekly and monthly reporting packs for pipeline and sales performance analysis.
✦ Administer Salesforce users including onboarding, offboarding, profile and permission management, and login support.
✦ Maintain and optimize Salesforce configuration including objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and approval processes.
✦ Design and implement automation to improve pipeline management and reduce manual work using Salesforce Flow and related tools.
✦ Develop documentation, SOPs, training manuals, and job aids for Salesforce usage.
✦ Provide end-user support and troubleshoot CRM issues in collaboration with stakeholders.
✦ Support data imports, exports, cleanup, deduplication, and migration activities.
✦ Assist in Salesforce release and upgrade testing, deployment, and change management.
✦ Maintain marketing and contract-related CRM data structures for reporting and operational use.
✦ Support training sessions, onboarding, and user adoption initiatives.
✦ Handle CRM special projects including dashboards, workflow redesign, and automation improvements.
Job Requirements:
✦ 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or CRM operations role.
✦ Strong experience in Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and data quality management.
✦ Experience in Salesforce configuration including objects, fields, validation rules, and page layouts.
✦ Hands-on experience with user administration, roles, profiles, and permission sets.
✦ Strong knowledge of CRM data governance, validation, and standardization practices.
✦ Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and reporting.
✦ Strong communication skills for training and stakeholder interaction.
✦ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
✦ Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.
✦ Experience with Salesforce Flow and change management processes is a plus.
