Job Responsibilities:

✦   Configure and customize Salesforce to meet business needs.

✦   Optimize QTC solutions with Salesforce and other systems including Ironclad, Stripe, and Metronome.

✦   Design and develop high-quality solutions in an agile environment including partner management, forecasting, territory mapping, internationalization, pipeline optimization, and lead management processes.

✦   Work closely with operations and business partners to refine requirements, objectives, and processes.

✦   Build for scale with a focus on flexibility and maintainability.

✦   Ensure appropriate controls and documentation are followed to maintain an effective control environment.

✦   Resolve issues in a rapidly changing business environment and provide impactful solutions.

✦   Configure and maintain business systems like HubSpot, Apollo, and Clay.

✦   Build and optimize integrations between Salesforce and other platforms.

Job Requirements:

✦   3+ years of Salesforce admin experience.

✦   Experience implementing and maintaining QTC/CPQ solutions.

✦   Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification or equivalent preferred.

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM architecture and limitations.

✦   Experience with data migration and system integrations.

✦   Experience with financial systems such as Stripe and NetSuite (Metronome a plus).

✦   Basic SQL skills and experience with data warehouses.

✦   Experience scaling Salesforce implementations in high-growth environments.

✦   Experience supporting GTM organizations.

✦   Strong analytical skills and business judgment.

✦   Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
