Job Responsibilities:

✦   Administer and support multiple Salesforce applications and platforms across the organization.

✦   Configure Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, page layouts, flows, reports, and dashboards.

✦   Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.

✦   Provide Tier-2 support, support UAT, manage releases, and assist with integrations and data loads.

Job Requirements:

✦   Strong Salesforce Administrator experience with 3–4+ years.

✦   Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.

✦   Strong communication skills and ability to work with technical and business stakeholders.

✦   Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

✦   Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

✦   Experience with TrackWise Digital preferred.

✦   Prior experience in medical device, life sciences, or regulated industries preferred.

✦   Experience supporting integrated and validated business processes.

Additional Details:

✦   W2 contract at $58/hr.

✦   Onsite role in California.

✦   Life sciences / medical device domain experience strongly preferred.

✦   Salesforce Health Cloud exposure is a key advantage.
