Job Responsibilities:
✦ Configure and maintain the Salesforce platform.
✦ Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings.
✦ Create and customize objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules.
✦ Build and maintain workflows, approval processes, flows, and automation.
✦ Monitor data quality and perform data imports, exports, cleansing, and deduplication.
✦ Develop dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
✦ Troubleshoot system issues and provide end-user support.
✦ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.
✦ Test new Salesforce features and coordinate system upgrades.
✦ Create documentation and conduct user training sessions.
✦ Ensure compliance with data security and governance policies.
Job Requirements:
✦ 7+ years of Salesforce experience.
✦ Strong Salesforce experience to support technical interviews.
