Job Responsibilities:
✦ Perform core Salesforce administration including user management, roles, profiles, permissions, queues, and assignment rules.
✦ Build and maintain declarative solutions such as Flows, validation rules, approval processes, page layouts, record types, reports, and dashboards.
✦ Create and manage reports, dashboards, and analytics for business stakeholders.
✦ Support Service Cloud features including case management, Omni-Channel, and messaging/chat.
✦ Maintain data integrity and system performance through monitoring and troubleshooting.
✦ Develop and maintain basic Apex, SOQL, and Lightning components (LWC/Aura).
✦ Assist in building and maintaining API integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
✦ Support troubleshooting of code-based solutions and participate in root cause analysis.
✦ Participate in release management using Git-based tools and CI/CD pipelines.
✦ Manage deployments across environments and follow Salesforce SDLC best practices.
✦ Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
✦ Provide end-user support, training, and documentation.
✦ Identify opportunities to improve automation, processes, and system usability.
Job Requirements:
✦ 2–5+ years of Salesforce experience in an Administrator or hybrid Admin/Developer role.
✦ Salesforce Administrator Certification required; Platform Developer certification is a plus.
✦ Strong experience with declarative tools such as Flow, validation rules, approval processes, page layouts, record types, reports, and dashboards.
✦ Experience with Service Cloud (cases, queues, Omni-Channel preferred).
✦ Understanding of Salesforce data modeling, object relationships, and security model.
✦ Working knowledge of Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (or Aura).
✦ Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations.
✦ Familiarity with GitLab or similar version control systems.
✦ Experience using VS Code or IntelliJ for Salesforce development.
✦ Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Salesforce deployment processes.
✦ Familiarity with Jira or similar ticketing tools.
✦ Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
