Job Responsibilities:
✦ Design, build, and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide visibility into pipeline, performance, and forecasting.
✦ Work closely with Sales and leadership teams to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.
✦ Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all reports.
✦ Analyze trends and highlight key insights to support business decisions.
✦ Perform data imports, validation, and cleansing to maintain high-quality data.
✦ Monitor data integrity and proactively identify gaps or inconsistencies.
✦ Support governance around data standards and reporting accuracy.
✦ Handle day-to-day Salesforce admin tasks (user setup, access, basic configuration).
✦ Troubleshoot reporting and data-related issues for end users.
✦ Support integrations and ensure data flows correctly into Salesforce.
✦ Assist in automating reporting and sales processes using Salesforce Flow and other tools.
✦ Support improvements in pipeline tracking, stage management, and handoffs between teams.
Job Requirements:
✦ 3–5 years of Salesforce experience with hands-on reporting/dashboard work.
✦ Salesforce Administrator Certification is an advantage.
✦ Strong understanding of Salesforce reports, dashboards, and data structures.
✦ Experience working with sales data or pipeline reporting.
✦ Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
✦ Ability to work with cross-functional teams and translate business needs into reports.
✦ Flexibility to collaborate with global teams, including availability to support US time zones (comfortable working in evening or night shift as required).
✦ Experience in Sales Operations or CRM analytics.
✦ Strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis).
✦ Exposure to data integrations (REST or SOAP APIs) is a plus.
✦ Familiarity with tools like Oracle, Arena, or similar systems is an advantage.
