Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design end-to-end Agentforce solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud and the Einstein Trust Layer.

✦   Architect Bring Your Own Model (BYOM) solutions, routing inference from Salesforce to pre-approved LLMs in Azure AI Foundry via secure REST APIs.

✦   Lead technical implementation for autonomous claims triage, proactive risk mitigation, and cross-cloud RAG solutions.

✦   Establish guardrails for citizen developers using Agentforce Builder and Flow.

✦   Ensure all code and configurations are managed in Azure DevOps with standard security scans.

✦   Design Apex Invocable Methods triggering MuleSoft APIs to backend SAP/ERP systems.

✦   Leverage Platform Events for real-time automation.

Job Requirements:

✦   12+ years in Salesforce architecture.

✦   2+ years of hands-on experience with Agentforce, Data Cloud, and Einstein Trust Layer.

✦   Expertise in LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG patterns.

✦   Experience with BYOM architecture and Azure AI Foundry or similar platforms.

✦   Strong integration skills including REST/GraphQL APIs, Apex, Platform Events, and vector databases.

✦   Familiarity with enterprise security, hallucination detection, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).

✦   Preferred certifications include Salesforce Application/System Architect or AI Specialist.
