Job Responsibilities:

✦   Develop, integrate, and maintain Agentforce standard and custom agents using Agent Builder to meet business requirements.

✦   Create and manage agent topics and actions using Apex classes, Salesforce Flows, and MuleSoft APIs.

✦   Utilize Data Cloud to provide real-time context for AI-generated responses.

✦   Implement and monitor Einstein Trust Layer for data privacy and secure handling of sensitive information.

✦   Use Agent Debugger to trace reasoning paths and optimize decision-making.

✦   Collaborate with Salesforce admins and consultants to improve automation and user experience.

✦   Develop and refine system instructions and prompt templates.

✦   Track agent performance and improve based on analytics and feedback.

Job Requirements:

✦   Strong proficiency in Salesforce platform including Flow Builder, Apex, and Lightning Web Components.

✦   Expertise in Salesforce Prompt Builder.

✦   Hands-on experience with Agentforce.

✦   Strong understanding of Data Cloud including data ingestion and modeling.

✦   Experience integrating external systems using MuleSoft or REST APIs.

✦   Experience with Agentforce analytics dashboards and reporting.

✦   Ability to translate business logic into AI-driven workflows.

✦   Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer or AI-related certifications preferred.

✦   Strong communication skills to explain AI concepts to stakeholders.
