Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design, build, and productionize AI agents on Salesforce Agentforce, including reasoning, tools, and grounding data.

✦   Translate business problems into reliable, testable agents.

✦   Design Agentforce agents end-to-end including topics, subagents, planners, routing, session/context variables, and response contracts.

✦   Build and manage invocable actions using Apex, Flows, prompt templates, and external services.

✦   Engineer prompts for production use including instructions, grounding, and tool descriptions.

✦   Establish evaluation frameworks including test sets, regression checks, and feedback loops.

✦   Model and activate data in Salesforce Data Cloud including ingestion, DMOs, calculated insights, and retrieval.

✦   Work with Snowflake for data validation and SQL-based exploration.

✦   Design integrations using MuleSoft and API-led connectivity including REST and platform patterns.

✦   Handle authentication, error handling, idempotency, and API limits.

✦   Build conversational UI using LWC or embedded web/React interfaces with mobile-first design.

Job Requirements:

✦   7 years of experience required.

✦   Experience building Salesforce Agentforce or comparable LLM agent frameworks.

✦   Strong Salesforce platform skills including Apex, SOQL, security model, and LWC.

✦   Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud including ingestion, DMOs, identity resolution, and retrieval.

✦   Working knowledge of SQL and Snowflake or similar data warehouses.

✦   Experience with MuleSoft or equivalent API/iPaaS platforms.

✦   Strong understanding of API design, authentication, and system integration.

✦   Experience with prompt engineering and LLM grounding techniques.

✦   Ability to design evaluation frameworks for AI systems.

✦   Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Additional Details:

✦   Salary range: $63,000 to $134,500 per year.
