Job Responsibilities:

✦   Independently execute technical design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions for Life science and Health clients, ensuring adherence to best practices and project requirements.

✦   Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions.

✦   Oversee and guide a team, providing technical direction and mentorship.

✦   Ensure code quality, security, and performance through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to Salesforce standards.

✦   Manage integration and data migration activities between Salesforce and external systems.

✦   Support Agile delivery, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD).

✦   Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.

✦   Maintain up-to-date documentation of technical solutions and processes.

Job Requirements:

✦   5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Integration APIs).

✦   Expertise and hands-on experience working on Life Sciences cloud.

✦   Proven experience leading technical teams in Salesforce project delivery.

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, security, sharing rules, and platform best practices.

✦   Experience with data integration, migration, and deployment strategies.

✦   Proficiency in source control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile methodologies.

✦   Salesforce Platform Developer certification required; additional Salesforce certifications are a plus.

✦   Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

✦   Project experience on Life science and Health clients (Patient experience, Commercial, Med Tech, Provider and/or Payer).
