Salesforce Application Developer – Customer Success
Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design and develop Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions using Apex classes, triggers, and asynchronous processes (Batch, Queueable, Future). Build highly interactive, responsive UIs using Lightning Web Components (LWC).

✦   Customize and configure Sales Cloud features, including Leads, Accounts, Opportunity Management, Contacts, Quotes, Territory Management, and Forecasting.

✦   Enhance platform capabilities through the configuration and customization of Service Cloud, focusing on Case Management, Omni Channel, SLA, Entitlements, and CPQ (Quote-to-Cash process).

✦   Translate business requirements into technical designs and functional solutions.

✦   Design and implement robust REST/SOAP API integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems.

✦   Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security standards, and governor limits. Write comprehensive Apex Unit Tests maintaining more than 85 percent coverage.

✦   Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in development and production environments.

✦   Collaborate with technical teams and partners to evaluate technical solutions and design trade-offs.

✦   Support deployments, release management, and post-production support.

✦   Work in an Agile environment where innovation and teamwork are pillars of success.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field.

✦   3+ years of experience and deep expertise in software engineering, object-oriented languages and design principles, Salesforce administration and configuration, and Force.com technologies.

✦   3+ years of Salesforce Platform development experience with full-cycle Salesforce implementation across Sales and Service Cloud projects.

✦   Hands-on experience with Customer Success platforms such as Gainsight or ChurnZero.

✦   Strong technical aptitude and deep development expertise with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

✦   Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and API security.

✦   Hands-on experience and understanding of DevOps tools and technologies such as Copado, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

✦   Required certifications: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PDI), Salesforce Certified Sales and Service Cloud Consultant.

✦   Preferred certification: Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder.

✦   Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Advanced Approvals, Advanced Currency, Ironclad, DocuSign, Einstein, Experience Cloud, LeanData, Certinia, Salesforce Voice, Salesforce Shield, Impartner PRM, SOQL, Marketo.

✦   Innovative and motivated problem solver with strong software design and implementation skills.
