Salesforce Application Developer – Customer Success
Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design and develop Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions using Apex classes, triggers, and asynchronous processes such as Batch, Queueable, and Future.

✦   Build highly interactive and responsive UIs using Lightning Web Components (LWC).

✦   Customize and configure Sales Cloud features including Leads, Accounts, Opportunity Management, Contacts, Quotes, Territory Management, and Forecasting.

✦   Enhance platform capabilities through configuration and customization of Service Cloud including Case Management, Omni Channel, SLA, Entitlements, and CPQ (Quote-to-Cash process).

✦   Translate business requirements into technical designs and functional solutions.

✦   Design and implement REST and SOAP API integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems such as Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Marketo, or ERP systems.

✦   Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security standards, and governor limits.

✦   Write comprehensive Apex unit tests maintaining high code coverage.

✦   Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in development and production environments.

✦   Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to evaluate solutions and design trade-offs.

✦   Support deployments, release management, and post-production support.

✦   Work in an Agile environment with cross-functional teams.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field.

✦   Minimum 3+ years of experience in software engineering and Salesforce platform development.

✦   Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Salesforce configuration, and Force.com technologies.

✦   Experience with Flow, Apex triggers and controllers, bulk data patterns, governor limits, SOQL, batch and future patterns, metadata APIs, outbound messaging, and web services.

✦   Hands-on experience with full-cycle Salesforce implementation across Sales and Service Cloud including configuration, customization, implementation, and data migration.

✦   Experience with Customer Success platforms such as Gainsight or ChurnZero.

✦   Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud; experience with CPQ, Advanced Approvals, Einstein, Experience Cloud, and related tools is a plus.

✦   Experience with REST and SOAP integrations and API security.

✦   Hands-on experience with DevOps tools such as Copado, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

✦   Required certifications: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and Salesforce Certified Sales & Service Cloud Consultant.

✦   Preferred certification: Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder.
