Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design and implement Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) solutions tailored to business needs.

✦   Configure Salesforce including standard and custom objects, relationships, validation rules, and data integrity.

✦   Apply best practices across the Salesforce sharing model including roles, rules, and record-level access.

✦   Build user-centric experiences using Lightning including layouts, dynamic forms, flows, and LWC guidance.

✦   Support Agentforce implementation, enabling AI-driven automation and agent workflows.

✦   Manage deployments, sandbox strategy, and release processes using change sets or DevOps tools.

✦   Ensure platform scalability, performance, and adherence to governor limits.

✦   Document technical designs, process flows, and data mappings.

Job Requirements:

✦   5+ years of Salesforce consulting experience.

✦   Strong expertise in Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) implementations.

✦   Experience working with Agentforce or Salesforce AI or agent-based solutions.

✦   Proven ability to design scalable solutions and optimize cross-system business processes.

✦   Experience across core Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud and Service Cloud preferred.

✦   Deep knowledge of Lead-to-Order processes including lead to opportunity to quote to order.

✦   Understanding of Apex including classes, triggers, and scheduled jobs is a plus.
