Job Responsibilities:

✦   Lead end-to-end design and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions across multiple engagements.

✦   Act as primary architectural lead coordinating consultants and technical teams.

✦   Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce architecture and solution options.

✦   Provide hands-on configuration, customization, and platform development support when required.

✦   Oversee technical governance ensuring adherence to best practices and delivery standards.

✦   Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders for planning and execution alignment.

✦   Develop and maintain architecture documentation, solution blueprints, and test plans.

✦   Provide production support including troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

✦   Advise clients on Salesforce capabilities, integrations, and platform optimization.

✦   Contribute to continuous improvement within Agile development environments.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

✦   5+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting, development, and architecture roles.

✦   Strong expertise in Salesforce platform architecture, integrations, custom development, and data migration.

✦   Hands-on experience with Salesforce products and implementation lifecycle management.

✦   Salesforce certifications such as Certified Solution Architect preferred.

✦   Experience working in Agile environments with distributed teams.

✦   Strong ability to analyze business processes and translate into technical solutions.

✦   Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

✦   Strong leadership, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

✦   Willingness to travel regionally and occasionally internationally.
