Job Responsibilities:

✦   Define and own the end-to-end Salesforce technical architecture across multi-cloud, multi-org, and enterprise integration landscapes.

✦   Establish architectural standards, design patterns, and governance frameworks aligned with Salesforce Well-Architected principles.

✦   Lead architecture review boards (ARBs) and ensure all solution designs adhere to security, scalability, and maintainability standards.

✦   Drive the adoption of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Einstein, Flow, Platform Events, and Salesforce APIs.

✦   Evaluate and recommend third-party ISV solutions, AppExchange products, and integration middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi).

✦   Architect and deliver complex Sales Cloud solutions covering opportunity management, forecasting, territory management, and quoting workflows.

✦   Design scalable pipeline management solutions, CPQ integrations, and partner portal ecosystems on Sales Cloud.

✦   Provide architectural guidance on Einstein Sales insights, Sales Engagement (High Velocity Sales), and Salesforce Maps.

✦   Optimize Sales Cloud data models for enterprise clients with high data volumes and complex sharing requirements.

✦   Lead the architecture of omni-channel Service Cloud environments including case management, entitlements, SLAs, and escalation workflows.

✦   Design solutions leveraging Omni-Channel routing, Einstein Bots, Knowledge management, Field Service Lightning (FSL), and CTI integrations.

✦   Architect self-service and agent productivity solutions using Service Cloud Voice, Messaging, and Chat capabilities.

✦   Guide clients on AI-driven service automation strategies including Next Best Action, Einstein Classification, and Recommendation.

✦   Architect and deliver branded, high-performance Experience Cloud portals including customer, partner, and employee communities.

✦   Design LWR (Lightning Web Runtime) and Aura-based community solutions with complex data access models and external identity integration.

✦   Implement headless CMS strategies using Salesforce CMS, ManagedContentApiEnabled, and CMS Connect patterns.

✦   Govern digital experience design with a focus on personalization, Audience Targeting, and Salesforce Data Cloud integration.

✦   Lead discovery workshops, solution blueprinting sessions, and design sprints with client stakeholders from business to C-suite.

✦   Produce high-quality technical artefacts including Solution Architecture Documents (SADs), integration architecture diagrams, data flow maps, and ERDs.

✦   Provide hands-on technical leadership during critical build phases, code reviews, and integration testing milestones.

✦   Manage technical debt proactively, ensuring long-term platform health through continuous architectural improvement.

✦   Act as a senior technical voice in pre-sales engagements, RFP responses, and client demonstrations.

✦   Develop Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and architecture prototypes to support business development opportunities.

✦   Contribute to Statement of Works (SoW), effort estimation, and project risk assessments.

✦   Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with client technical leadership and Salesforce AE/SE teams.

✦   Mentor and coach a team of Senior Developers, Technical Leads, and Consultants across the Salesforce practice.

✦   Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions, internal enablement workshops, and contribute to the practices IP library.

✦   Support the development of reusable accelerators, frameworks, and architectural patterns for the CoE.

✦   Contribute to thought leadership through blogs, whitepapers, and participation in Salesforce community events.

Job Requirements:

✦   10-15+ years of Salesforce platform experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a Salesforce Architect or Technical Lead capacity.

✦   Deep expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud including full project lifecycle delivery from discovery through to go-live.

✦   Enterprise architecture experience with complex data models, large-scale data volumes (LDV), org strategy (single vs. multi-org), and org health management.

✦   Integration mastery in RESTful/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Streaming APIs, Change Data Capture (CDC), and middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Informatica.

✦   Security and governance expertise including Salesforce Shield, Field Encryption, Named Credentials, OAuth, SSO (SAML/OIDC), and data residency requirements.

✦   Strong DevSecOps knowledge including Salesforce DX (SFDX), Git-based source control, CI/CD pipelines (Copado, Gearset, GitHub Actions), and release management strategies.

✦   Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills with proven ability to engage and influence from developer to board level.

✦   Demonstrable experience leading and mentoring delivery teams in an agile (Scrum/SAFe) environment.
