Job Responsibilities:

✦   Drive end-to-end client engagement from requirements gathering to solution deployment and adoption.

✦   Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements and design analytics solutions aligned with business goals.

✦   Analyze data, problems, and situations using a systematic and logical approach.

✦   Suggest improvements to dashboards, reports, and data pipelines to improve business value and performance.

✦   Define and own the technical architecture of CRMA solutions, including recipe design, security implementation, and performance tuning for large datasets.

✦   Lead and manage a development team to deliver BI solutions.

✦   Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.

✦   Use Salesforce standard reports and dashboards to validate analytics solutions.

✦   Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across analytics platforms.

✦   Act as a subject matter expert in Salesforce Sales domain analytics.

Job Requirements:

✦   7+ years of experience in BI, analytics, or data-driven roles.

✦   Strong SQL expertise and experience with large datasets.

✦   Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA).

✦   Strong understanding of BI concepts including star/snowflake schemas, cubes, and ETL.

✦   Experience engaging with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements.

✦   Ability to manage and mentor a development/analytics team.

✦   Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

✦   Experience with Salesforce Sales domain and reporting tools.

✦   Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI is a plus.

✦   Exposure to ETL processes and data warehousing concepts is a plus.
