Job Responsibilities:

✦   Lead CRM delivery and presales engagements.

✦   Conduct discovery sessions and prepare solution blueprints.

✦   Create demo orgs and deliver client-specific presentations.

✦   Develop BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, and process flow diagrams.

✦   Manage and prioritize backlogs aligned with business goals and timelines.

✦   Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.

✦   Configure Salesforce features such as workflows, validation rules, process automation, and custom objects.

✦   Collaborate with Admins and Developers to implement Salesforce solutions.

✦   Analyze business processes to identify improvement opportunities using Salesforce best practices.

Job Requirements:

✦   9–12 years of experience in Salesforce Business Analysis.

✦   Strong expertise in gathering and translating business requirements.

✦   Experience creating Epics, User Stories, BRDs, FRDs, and process flows.

✦   Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and UAT coordination.

✦   Ability to work with Salesforce Admins and Developers.

✦   Strong stakeholder management skills.

✦   Experience in Salesforce configuration and understanding of platform capabilities.

✦   Proficiency in tools like Lucidchart or Draw.io for process mapping.
