Job Responsibilities:
✦ Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements.
✦ Conduct discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process mapping sessions.
✦ Translate business requirements into Salesforce functional specifications and user stories.
✦ Support Salesforce implementations, enhancements, and integrations across multiple business units.
✦ Analyze and improve business processes using Salesforce best practices.
✦ Create process flows, use cases, wireframes, and functional design documents.
✦ Manage and prioritize product backlog items in Agile/Scrum environment.
✦ Collaborate with Salesforce Developers, Architects, QA teams, and Product Owners throughout the SDLC.
✦ Support CRM modernization and digital transformation initiatives.
✦ Assist with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and case management solutions.
