Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce CLM solutions aligned with business requirements.

✦   Develop custom applications using Apex Classes, Triggers, Visualforce Pages, and Lightning Components.

✦   Build and maintain REST and SOAP-based integrations with external systems.

✦   Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver scalable technical solutions.

✦   Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following Salesforce best practices.

✦   Refactor and optimize existing code using design patterns and development standards.

✦   Ensure application quality through unit testing, code reviews, and QA best practices.

✦   Monitor application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure SLA compliance.

✦   Maintain data integrity, security, and compliance within the Salesforce platform.

✦   Create and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, and development artifacts.

✦   Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements:

✦   4+ years of Salesforce Development experience.

✦   Minimum 3+ years of Salesforce CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) experience.

✦   Salesforce Platform Developer I or Platform Developer II Certification (Mandatory).

✦   Strong experience with Apex Classes, Triggers, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.

✦   Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP API integrations.

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security model, and development best practices.

✦   Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party business applications.

✦   Knowledge of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes and workflows.

✦   Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

✦   Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

✦   Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

✦   Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification.

✦   Experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC).

✦   Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.

✦   Exposure to Salesforce CPQ, CLM, or Quote-to-Cash processes.

✦   Experience supporting enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.
