Job Responsibilities:

✦   Efficiently develop, debug, and deploy software.

✦   Design and implement secure and reusable patterns and components.

✦   Create technical designs and assist with debugging and deployments.

✦   Support estimation and troubleshooting activities.

✦   Engage in cross-functional collaboration and communication.

✦   Adopt new technologies and continuously improve skills.

✦   Work within Agile/Scrum environments using tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Copado DevOps.

✦   Create detailed technical design diagrams and documentation.

✦   Understand Salesforce data models and relationships.

✦   Work with integration patterns using REST, SOAP, and SFTP protocols.

✦   Use collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Teams effectively.

✦   Troubleshoot issues and propose scalable solutions.

✦   Analyze business impact and ROI for solutions.

Job Requirements:

✦   Deep understanding of Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications.

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce Experience Cloud, Lightning Web Components, and Aura Components.

✦   Experience in APEX programming and Salesforce declarative tools such as Flows, Process Builder, and Validation Rules.

✦   Understanding of Salesforce profiles, permission sets/groups, sharing settings, and org-wide defaults.

✦   Proficiency with VS Code, Copado for DevOps, and data import/export tools.

✦   Strong knowledge of Salesforce security controls, standards, and best practices.

✦   Experience working in Agile environments.

✦   Strong written and verbal communication skills.

✦   Understanding of integration patterns and data handling.

✦   Analytical and problem-solving mindset.

✦   8+ years of IT experience and 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
