Job Responsibilities:

✦   Customize and configure Salesforce (objects, fields, workflows, validation rules)

✦   Develop Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning components (for Developer role)

✦   Manage user roles, profiles, and permissions

✦   Create reports and dashboards for business insights

✦   Support data migration, data cleaning, and integrations

✦   Troubleshoot system issues and provide user support

✦   Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

✦   OPT / CPT status (valid US work authorization)

✦   Basic understanding of CRM concepts

✦   Knowledge of Salesforce Admin fundamentals

✦   Knowledge of Apex / SOQL (for Developer role)

✦   Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript

✦   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

✦   Salesforce certifications (Admin / Platform Developer I)

✦   Internship or project experience on Salesforce

✦   Familiarity with Lightning Experience

✦   Knowledge of integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
