Job Responsibilities:

✦   Translate business requirements into Salesforce CPQ and Sales Cloud solutions and evaluate solution approaches.

✦   Improve and manage Salesforce CPQ quoting, approvals, and document generation processes.

✦   Provide thought leadership on Salesforce CPQ best practices and ensure adherence across teams.

✦   Create and maintain document generation and e-signature processes using Conga Composer, Conga Sign, or similar tools.

✦   Estimate technical effort for internal requests and projects.

✦   Own ongoing configuration and development of Salesforce CPQ and Sales Cloud.

✦   Support project management activities and collaborate across Sales, Product, Pricing, Finance, and CX teams.

Job Requirements:

✦   3+ years of hands-on Salesforce CPQ experience.

✦   5+ years of experience using Salesforce declarative tools.

✦   2+ years experience with document generation and e-signature tools integrated with Salesforce.

✦   Strong ability to translate business requirements into user stories and scalable CPQ solutions.

✦   Experience working across Sales, Renewals, Operations, Finance, and Accounting processes.

✦   Strong consultative and business analysis skills.

✦   Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ best practices.
