Job Responsibilities:
✦ Implement and configure Product/Pricing rules, Advanced Approvals, and discounting models.
✦ Ensure smooth Quote-to-Cash workflows.
✦ Configure Service Territories, Operating Hours, and Scheduling Policies.
✦ Manage Work Orders, Resource Management, and the Dispatcher Console.
✦ Develop Apex Classes, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
✦ Handle end-to-end implementation cycles from requirement gathering to deployment and testing.
