Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design, develop, and implement custom Apex code (triggers, classes, components) to extend and enhance Salesforce CPQ functionality.

✦   Build custom user interfaces using Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), or Aura components.

✦   Configure product bundles, pricing rules, discount schedules, quote templates, and approval workflows.

✦   Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing.

✦   Document and develop code according to specifications and standards.

✦   Analyze business, functional, and technical requirements and design CPQ solutions.

✦   Collaborate with business analysts, Sales Operations, product teams, and IT stakeholders.

✦   Develop and maintain integrations between CPQ and other systems using REST and SOAP APIs.

✦   Support existing integrations and develop new interfaces.

✦   Create and maintain custom objects, fields, and relationships.

✦   Maintain and troubleshoot CPQ configurations.

✦   Provide Tier 1, 2, and 3 support to business users.

✦   Investigate and resolve technical issues related to CPQ functionality, performance, and data integrity.

✦   Participate in project meetings and communicate project status.

✦   Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

✦   At least 5+ years of experience in the IT industry.

✦   Minimum of 3+ years of Sales Cloud experience, particularly Salesforce CPQ, with at least one large full lifecycle Salesforce CPQ implementation.

✦   Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist.

✦   Proven experience in Salesforce CPQ development and administration.

✦   Deep understanding of CPQ architecture, data models, and configuration options.

✦   Knowledge of CPQ best practices and industry standards.

✦   Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning (LWC).

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce declarative tools, programming, and administration.

✦   Knowledge of APEX triggers, SOQL, SOSL, and stored procedures.

✦   Experience with Salesforce Web Services APIs and integration patterns.

✦   Understanding of web technologies such as HTTP, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, DHTML, and CSS.

✦   Experience with version control systems such as Git.

✦   Knowledge of Jira, Marketing Automation, Cloud Solutions, and Oracle ERP integration is a plus.
