Job Responsibilities:

✦   Configure and customize Salesforce applications to meet business requirements.

✦   Develop and maintain Apex Classes, Triggers, Visualforce components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

✦   Design and implement scalable solutions following Salesforce best practices.

✦   Support application enhancements, defect fixes, and production support activities.

✦   Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.

✦   Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and release management activities.

✦   Troubleshoot and resolve issues within Salesforce and OCE-related applications.

Job Requirements:

✦   4–6 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development and administration.

✦   Strong expertise in Apex Classes and Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Configuration (Flows, Validation Rules, Security, Profiles, Permission Sets), SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Data Model and Integration concepts.

✦   Experience with Salesforce deployment and release management processes.

✦   Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

✦   Experience working with Veeva CRM or OCE (Omnichannel Engagement) applications.

✦   Understanding of life sciences/pharmaceutical commercial systems.

✦   Knowledge of Salesforce integrations and APIs.

✦   Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
