Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design and implement Salesforce Data Cloud solutions to unify customer data across multiple sources.

✦   Configure and manage Data Streams, Data Model Objects (DMOs), Data Lake Objects (DLOs), and Calculated Insights.

✦   Develop and maintain data ingestion pipelines from various sources including CRM, ERP, Marketing platforms, databases, and third-party systems.

✦   Configure Identity Resolution and Unified Customer Profiles.

✦   Build audience segments and activation strategies for marketing and customer engagement initiatives.

✦   Integrate Salesforce Data Cloud with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and external applications.

✦   Develop APIs, integrations, and automation using Apex, REST APIs, Platform Events, and MuleSoft where applicable.

✦   Create calculated insights and advanced customer analytics.

✦   Monitor data quality, governance, security, and compliance standards.

✦   Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize large-scale customer data processing.

✦   Collaborate with stakeholders to define customer data strategies.

✦   Support deployment activities, release management, and production support.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

✦   4+ years of Salesforce development experience.

✦   2+ years of hands-on Salesforce Data Cloud implementation experience.

✦   Experience working with large-scale customer data environments.

✦   Strong understanding of customer identity management and data unification.

✦   Experience integrating Salesforce with external enterprise systems.

✦   Technical expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud (DMO, DLO, Data Streams, Identity Resolution, Segmentation).

✦   Proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs, and Platform Events.

✦   Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft integration, ETL/ELT processes, SQL, and data warehousing concepts.

✦   Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

✦   Familiarity with Tableau, CRM Analytics, or Customer 360 Analytics.
