Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce applications and solutions.

✦   Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

✦   Customize Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and related modules.

✦   Create and manage workflows, Process Builder, Flow Builder, validation rules, and approval processes.

✦   Develop and integrate REST/SOAP APIs with external systems and third-party applications.

✦   Design custom objects, fields, page layouts, reports, dashboards, and security models.

✦   Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, performance bottlenecks, and system defects.

✦   Collaborate with Business Analysts, Administrators, Architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

✦   Participate in code reviews, testing, deployments, and release management activities.

✦   Ensure Salesforce solutions follow security, governance, and best development practices.
