Job Responsibilities:
✦ Develop, customize, and optimize Salesforce for customer service operations.
✦ Work closely with teams to enhance the customer experience using Salesforce tools.
✦ Integrate Salesforce with external systems such as telephony and service platforms.
✦ Optimize performance, implement security measures, and troubleshoot issues.
✦ Provide user support and training when required.
Job Requirements:
✦ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
✦ 3-5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and customization.
✦ Strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud.
✦ Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Salesforce.
✦ Proficiency in Apex (Triggers, Classes, Batch Apex, Future Methods).
✦ Strong knowledge of Visualforce and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
✦ Experience with SOQL and SOSL.
✦ Hands-on experience in Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, and Workflow Rules.
✦ Expertise in integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
✦ Experience with data migration, import, and export.
✦ Knowledge of ETL tools like Data Loader, Talend, Mulesoft.
✦ Ability to optimize Salesforce database performance and data security.
✦ Strong experience in profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and role hierarchies.
✦ Configuring field-level security and object permissions.
✦ Expertise in Omni-Channel Routing and Case Management.
✦ Experience with Knowledge Base, Live Chat, and Chatbots.
✦ Ability to integrate Salesforce with telephony systems (CTI Integration).
✦ Utilize Einstein AI and Analytics for Service Cloud.
✦ Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (required).
✦ Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (preferred).
✦ Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant (highly valuable).
✦ Salesforce Certified Administrator (good to have).
✦ Strong business analysis skills.
✦ Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
✦ Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
✦ Adaptability and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
