Job Responsibilities:

✦   Provide Production Simulation Support Services for Salesforce environments.

✦   Support end-user onboarding activities including onboarding Tier 3 consultants and advisory consultants.

✦   Support new user orientations and access validation sessions.

✦   Provide Tier 3 support for incident lifecycle management including triaging, researching, and resolving escalated issues.

✦   Create defect and bug tickets for downstream teams and coordinate resolution with Tier 2 vendors.

✦   Participate in production support activities including Office Hours and Production Simulation Workshops.

✦   Support communication activities including drafting stakeholder communications and release notifications.

✦   Coordinate release schedules, planned downtime, and production activities with vendors and stakeholders.

✦   Analyze incident data and provide recommendations for improving system stability and performance.

Job Requirements:

✦   Within the last 10 years, minimum 5 years of experience with Apex including bulkification, exception handling, and test coverage.

✦   Minimum 5 years of experience with SOQL/SOSL optimization and governor limit avoidance.

✦   Minimum 5 years of experience analyzing debug logs and execution paths.

✦   Minimum 5 years of experience understanding Flow and Apex interactions.

✦   Minimum 5 years of experience tracing issues across triggers, flows, and validation rules.

✦   Minimum 5 years of experience troubleshooting REST/SOAP APIs using tools such as Postman.

✦   Minimum 5 years of experience with Named Credentials and authentication failure troubleshooting.

✦   Minimum 5 years of experience reviewing integration logs between Salesforce and external systems.

✦   Minimum 1 year of experience supporting public sector or government environments.

✦   Bachelor’s degree in IT-related or Engineering field (or equivalent experience).

✦   Desirable experience with MuleSoft, SmartyStreets, Copado, and Snowflake.

✦   Salesforce Platform Developer certification preferred.
