Job Responsibilities:

✦   Solve complex business problems using Salesforce configuration and custom coding including Apex and JavaScript.

✦   Develop custom components using Visualforce pages, Lightning pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

✦   Build Apex classes, triggers, and other backend components based on requirements.

✦   Use Salesforce automation tools such as Flows, Process Builder, Workflows, and Einstein Orchestrator.

✦   Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, including collaboration with enterprise IT for Boomi integrations.

✦   Work with managed packages and enterprise GTM platforms to support business processes.

✦   Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and IT leadership to ensure solution alignment and delivery.

✦   Maintain code quality, documentation, and write test classes following Salesforce best practices.

✦   Use DevOps tools such as Copado and Azure ADO for deployment and release management.

✦   Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for internal users.

Job Requirements:

✦   4 years of related experience with at least 2 years on Salesforce Lightning platform customization.

✦   Strong experience with Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Lightning platform.

✦   Experience with Salesforce automation tools such as Flows and Process Builder.

✦   Knowledge of CPQ, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Force.com platform.

✦   Experience with Salesforce Data Loader and data management.

✦   Exposure to integrations using Boomi and Salesforce APIs preferred.

✦   Familiarity with enterprise GTM tools such as Eloqua, Aviso, Gainsight, and Gong is preferred.

✦   Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

✦   Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
