Job Responsibilities:

✦   Perform configuration and customization of the Salesforce.com platform.

✦   Participate in efforts to develop and execute testing, training, and documentation.

✦   Utilize best practices to perform operational support, enhancements, and bug fixes as needed to the Salesforce.com platform.

✦   Develop Lightning applications and use Lightning Design System.

✦   Develop Aura Components.

✦   Develop Apex code including triggers, handlers, classes, exception handling, and bulk processing.

✦   Work on web service development (REST and SOAP, JSON and XML).

✦   Participate in API development with proper security practices.

✦   Work with DevOps tools and support CI/CD processes.

✦   Collaborate on CRM projects for the financial industry.

✦   Guide and mentor other developers and troubleshoot issues.

✦   Work on multiple tasks and deliver results within aggressive timelines.

Job Requirements:

✦   4+ years of experience.

✦   Salesforce experience of 3 to 4 years with a minimum of 1+ year of Aura Component development experience.

✦   Experience working with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Force.com platform.

✦   At least 1 year experience in building Lightning applications and using Lightning Design System.

✦   At least 1 year experience in developing Aura Components.

✦   Strong JavaScript skills.

✦   Experience with Salesforce Process Builder, workflows, and email notification mechanisms.

✦   Hands-on experience with web services (REST and SOAP, JSON and XML).

✦   Strong knowledge of Apex development including triggers, handlers, classes, exception handling, and bulk processing.

✦   Experience with DevOps tools such as AutoRabit, GitHub, Jenkins, and Visual Studio.

✦   Experience with MuleSoft is preferred.

✦   Experience working on CRM projects for the financial industry is preferred.

✦   Salesforce Advanced Developer certification is preferred.

✦   Excellent communication skills and ability to produce technical documentation.

✦   Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

✦   Knowledge of Agile methodologies.

✦   Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
