Job Responsibilities:

✦   Assist in continually improving and enhancing the Salesforce platform for the organization

✦   Translate business objectives and processes into Salesforce solutions

✦   Design, develop, test, and implement Salesforce processes

✦   Work on full lifecycle implementation using SDLC practices, preferably Agile

✦   Hands-on development using Apex classes, triggers, batch Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, and UI technologies like HTML, JavaScript, and CSS

✦   Manage system implementation phases including configuration, customization, integration, and data migration

✦   Collaborate with Salesforce Administrator to validate business requirements including security, scalability, and limits

✦   Develop custom UI using Visualforce, Lightning Pages, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components

✦   Use Salesforce APIs to integrate with other enterprise systems

✦   Adhere to Salesforce best practices and maintain code documentation

✦   Write and maintain test classes for custom development

✦   Integrate and maintain third-party applications such as DocuSign, Conga, Youreka, and Survey Gizmo

Job Requirements:

✦   3–5 years of Salesforce development experience

✦   3–5 years of object-oriented programming experience (Java or C# preferred)

✦   Experience with Apex, triggers, batch Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components

✦   Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service Management, and Marketing Cloud

✦   Ability to write, interpret, and critique technical specifications

✦   Strong communication and collaboration skills with business stakeholders and technical teams

✦   Ability to work independently and gather requirements to present solutions

✦   Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required

✦   Experience with integrations using Salesforce APIs

✦   Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and UI development
