Job Responsibilities:

✦   Programmatic Development & Technical Leadership:

✦   Design, develop, test, and deploy complex business solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex (classes, triggers, batch jobs, schedulers, future methods), LWC/Aura, Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.

✦   Serve as the Apex subject matter expert, ensuring all custom code is scalable and follows security and performance best practices.

✦   Provide technical leadership, perform code reviews, and mentor junior developers.

✦   Architecture & Design:

✦   Collaborate with Architects and Business Analysts to translate business requirements into scalable technical designs.

✦   Design data models, security models, and sharing rules.

✦   Integration and Data Management:

✦   Design and implement integrations using Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk) and middleware platforms.

✦   Develop data migration and cleansing strategies.

✦   DevOps and Quality Assurance:

✦   Manage deployments using Git and CI/CD pipelines.

✦   Write unit tests for high code coverage and reliability.

✦   Resolve performance issues and critical bugs.

✦   Collaboration and Continuous Improvement:

✦   Participate in Agile ceremonies.

✦   Stay updated with Salesforce features and best practices.

Job Requirements:

✦   5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

✦   Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PDI) mandatory.

✦   Platform Developer II (PDII) or Architect certifications preferred.

✦   Expert knowledge of Apex, SOQL/SOSL, triggers, batch Apex, and test classes.

✦   Strong experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC) or Aura.

✦   Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations.

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits.

✦   Experience with Git, SFDX, and CI/CD pipelines.

✦   Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
