Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design and implement business technology solutions in Salesforce.com.

✦   Develop custom solutions on the Force.com platform including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, integration, and data migration.

✦   Support functional teams during solution construction.

✦   Ensure coding standards are followed throughout delivery.

✦   Participate in code reviews.

✦   Prepare deliverables such as detailed design documents, unit test plans, and well-documented code.

✦   Perform unit testing and integration testing.

✦   Handle release management including metadata deployment, data migration, environment comparison, and version control.

✦   Design and implement complex Salesforce solutions integrating REST/SOAP APIs and AppExchange products.

✦   Follow enterprise design patterns and best practices for scalable solutions.

Job Requirements:

✦   8–10+ years of hands-on technical/development experience.

✦   6–8+ years of experience in Salesforce development including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, triggers, and Flow.

✦   Strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices.

✦   Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I certification is mandatory.

✦   Additional Salesforce certifications (Advanced Admin, App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud) preferred.

✦   Experience with Git-based tools such as Bitbucket.

✦   Exposure to VSCode, Salesforce DX, Tooling APIs, and Metadata APIs.

✦   Good understanding of enterprise design patterns.

✦   Strong problem-solving and solution design skills.

✦   Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

✦   Experience with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
