Job Responsibilities:

✦   Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions, focusing on Agentforce and Einstein features for AI-driven automation and insights.

✦   Build, optimize, and maintain integration between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.

✦   Develop and manage complex workflows, process automations, and approval processes using Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and Apex.

✦   Implement and support Partner Communities, ensuring secure and scalable external user experiences.

✦   Collaborate with IT, business stakeholders, and external partners to gather requirements and deliver robust solutions.

✦   Support and extend Salesforce Marketing Cloud integrations and campaigns.

✦   Ensure best practices for security, data integrity, and compliance.

✦   Stay current with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry trends.

✦   Provide technical support, documentation, and training to end users.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

✦   3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, Lightning, Flows, Process Builder).

✦   Salesforce Certified Platform Developer is required.

✦   Salesforce Agentforce Specialist is preferred.

✦   Demonstrated experience with Agentforce and Einstein features.

✦   Strong background in building and maintaining integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, Mulesoft, external systems).

✦   Experience with Salesforce Partner Communities/Experience Cloud and Marketing Cloud is highly desirable.

✦   Proven ability to design and implement complex workflows and automations.

✦   Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.

✦   Salesforce certifications are a plus.
