Job Responsibilities:

✦   Implement Salesforce features end-to-end from technical design to coding, unit testing, and documentation.

✦   Develop Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and Lightning Web Components aligned to product specifications.

✦   Build and extend declarative solutions using Flows, Validation Rules, and Permission Sets.

✦   Implement automated unit tests with strong coverage and follow Test Driven Development practices.

✦   Participate in code reviews and adhere to coding standards.

✦   Contribute to CI/CD pipeline maintenance and support automation of deployment and testing processes.

✦   Serve as a Level 3 support contributor to analyze and resolve production bugs and incidents.

✦   Perform corrective maintenance and handle minor change requests through full development cycle.

✦   Deliver project features aligned to technical specifications and quality benchmarks.

✦   Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and planning ceremonies.

✦   Collaborate with Tech Lead, Product Owner, System Architect, and QA to ensure high-quality delivery.

✦   Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with distributed teams.

✦   Maintain knowledge base articles and documentation.

Job Requirements:

✦   4–6 years of hands-on Salesforce platform development experience.

✦   Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce declarative tools.

✦   Experience with SOQL/SOSL and understanding of governor limits.

✦   Experience with Salesforce DX, VS Code, and Git-based version control workflows.

✦   Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and Salesforce deployment tools such as Copado or Gearset.

✦   Understanding of Salesforce integration patterns including REST/SOAP APIs and Platform Events.

✦   Experience with Agile or SAFe methodologies.

✦   Strong English communication skills.

✦   Salesforce Platform Developer I certification, JavaScript Developer I certification, and Platform App Builder certification.

✦   Nice to have Salesforce Platform Developer II certification, Service Cloud or Field Service Lightning experience, Marketing Cloud exposure, MuleSoft experience, and knowledge of AI features like Einstein.
