Job Responsibilities:

✦   Act as Application Support Engineer to identify and resolve issues in critical business systems.

✦   Collaborate with multiple teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges.

✦   Ensure seamless operation of applications supporting business functions.

✦   Analyze system performance and contribute to continuous improvement of support processes.

✦   Engage in problem-solving activities across multiple teams.

✦   Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to improve team capabilities.

✦   Monitor application performance and proactively address issues.

✦   Work as SME and support team-level decision making.

Job Requirements:

✦   Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC).

✦   Strong proficiency in Salesforce LWC development.

✦   Good understanding of web development principles and best practices.

✦   Experience in debugging and troubleshooting complex software issues.

✦   Good to have experience with Java.

✦   Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

✦   Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

✦   15 years of full-time education required.
