Job Responsibilities:
✦ Collaborate with government partners and contractors to design, implement, and deploy Salesforce workflows, automations, and improvements.
✦ Work with internal teams to plan and support integrations with core Rails applications.
✦ Write and review technical documentation and perform code reviews.
✦ Develop and maintain automated test suites to ensure code quality.
✦ Build tools and processes for development, testing, deployment, release management, monitoring, and alerting.
✦ Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.
✦ Assist in shaping Salesforce architecture vision and best practices.
Job Requirements:
✦ Strong experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows.
✦ Experience with scalable architecture, batch processes, asynchronous calls, governor limits, and performance optimization.
✦ Experience in SOQL and Salesforce Lightning.
✦ Expertise in REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations.
✦ Experience with Service Cloud.
✦ Ability to design and collaborate on data models and integrations.
✦ Experience in automated testing, QA workflows, and DevOps practices.
✦ 3–6 years of Salesforce development experience.
✦ Experience working in Agile environments.
