Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design, develop, and enhance scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce platform-native tools to support critical business initiatives.

✦   Build and maintain complex integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, Platform Events, and event-driven architecture patterns.

✦   Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Salesforce Administrators, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and production-ready applications.

✦   Lead full software development lifecycle (SDLC) activities including technical design, coding, testing, deployment, CI/CD automation, version control, and production support in an Agile environment.

✦   Develop reusable, high-quality, and bulkified Apex code while enforcing Salesforce best practices, coding standards, governance policies, and data quality standards.

✦   Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, optimize system performance, and contribute to architectural discussions and technical strategy.

✦   Support Salesforce DevOps initiatives using tools such as Git, GitHub, Bitbucket, Copado, Gearset, or Salesforce DevOps Center to improve release management and deployment efficiency.

Job Requirements:

✦   5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), triggers, batch processing, queueables, and schedulable classes.

✦   Experience designing and supporting complex Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, and event-driven architectures.

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce development best practices including trigger frameworks, bulkification, Governor Limits, object-oriented programming, and enterprise design patterns.

✦   Experience with Salesforce DevOps and Agile methodologies including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, version control, and deployment tools.

✦   Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications required.

✦   Strong knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, security architecture, SOQL/SOSL, and relational databases.

✦   Preferred experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Experience Cloud, MuleSoft development, and advanced architecture certifications.
